申7:1 耶和华你　神领你进入要得为业之地，从你面前赶出许多国民，就是赫人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人，共七国的民，都比你强大。
When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;
申7:2 耶和华你　神将他们交给你击杀，那时你要把他们灭绝净尽，不可与他们立约，也不可怜恤他们；
And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:
申7:3 不可与他们结亲，不可将你的女儿嫁他们的儿子；也不可叫你的儿子娶他们的女儿，
Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
申7:4 因为他必使你儿子转离不跟从主，去事奉别　神，以致耶和华的怒气向你们发作，就速速地将你们灭绝。
For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.
申7:5 你们却要这样待他们：拆毁他们的祭坛，打碎他们的柱像，砍下他们的木偶，用火焚烧他们雕刻的偶像。
But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire.
申7:6 因为你归耶和华你　神为圣洁的民，耶和华你　神从地上的万民中拣选你，特作自己的子民。
For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.
申7:7 耶和华专爱你们，拣选你们，并非因你们的人数多于别民，原来你们的人数在万民中是最少的。
The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:
申7:8 只因耶和华爱你们，又因要守他向你们列祖所起的誓，就用大能的手领你们出来，从为奴之家救赎你们脱离埃及王法老的手。
But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
申7:9 所以你要知道耶和华你的　神，他是　神，是信实的　神，向爱他、守他诫命的人守约施慈爱，直到千代； Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; 申7:10 向恨他的人当面报应他们，将他们灭绝。凡恨他的人，必报应他们，决不迟延。
And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.
申7:11 所以，你要谨守遵行我今日所吩咐你的诫命、律例、典章。
Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.
