肺2:12 這樣看來，我親愛的弟兄妳們既是常順服的，不但我在妳們那裏，就是我如今不在妳們那裏，更是順服的，就當恐懼戰兢，作成妳們得救的工夫。 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
肺2:13 因爲妳們立志行事，都是　神在妳們心裏運行，爲要成就他的美意。
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
肺2:14 凡所行的，都不要發怨言、起爭論，
Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
肺2:15 使妳們無可指摘，誠實無僞，在這彎曲悖謬的世代，作　神無瑕疵的兒女。妳們顯在這世代中，好像明光照耀，
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
肺2:16 將生命的道表明出來，叫我在基督的日子好誇我沒有空跑，也沒有徒勞。
Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
肺2:17 我以妳們的信心爲供獻的祭物，我若被澆奠在其上，也是喜樂，並且與妳們衆人壹同喜樂；
Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.
肺2:18 妳們也要照樣喜樂，並且與我壹同喜樂。
For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.
