約7:1 這事以後，耶稣在加利利遊行，不願在猶太遊行，因爲猶太人想要殺他。
After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.
約7:2 當時，猶太人的住棚節近了，
Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.
約7:3 耶稣的弟兄就對他說：“妳離開這裏上猶太去吧！叫妳的門徒也看見妳所行的事。
His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.
約7:4 人要顯揚名聲，沒有在暗處行事的，妳如果行這些事，就當將自己顯明給世人看。”
For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.
約7:5 因爲連他的弟兄說這話，是因爲不信他。
For neither did his brethren believe in him.
約7:6 耶稣就對他們說:“我的時候還沒有到，妳們的時候常是方便的。
Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
約7:7 世人不能恨妳們，卻是恨我，因爲我指證他們所做的事是惡的。
The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
約7:8 妳們上去過節吧！我現在不上去過這節，因爲我的時候還沒有滿。”
Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full come.
約7:9 耶稣說了這話，仍舊住在加利利。
When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
