Sorry for late reply. I think your problem is a new one, not encounterd before. Did you have another (old) pc to try, just to confirm that your mic (hardware-wise)is working properly. Did you install the ARC software in your new pc?Good luck.

hi，大元老師兄，小弟新手報到，買了710兩星期，現在才買了喇叭，但是小弟實在太蠢！唔識設定和連接，所以有畫面沒有聲音！麻煩師兄指導！！感謝！！

大元老師兄，又有事請教你，小弟用710hdmi out 1入lg tv hdmi in而oppo就hdmi out去710 hdmi in 1但tv 畫面只唯特了幾秒有聲音有畫面，跟著就閃下閃下，然後有畫面冇聲音，跟著就冇畫面冇聲音！係咪hdmi線有事？謝謝你解答。

What hdmi cable are you using? Previously no problem？ Is it firmly inserted(better switch off everything for unplug/plug in hdmi cables)? Try swapping another hdmi cable if possible.

師兄，我係用幾十蚊雞線，已經係熄機插入的，已經試過兩三條雞線了。真係冇耐。。

Try using other hdmi in/out port to see if ports are defective. Or try connecting the oppo only to the TV....Anything in Oppo set up menu matters (video/audio output options, HDMI 1/2 output options )? Is this a newly generated problem(i.e. previously no such problem, as you already bought the Anthem for a while)? It is better if you can provide screenshots of the relevant Oppo/Anthem set up menu for us to see.

Just some thoughts coming up, is your oppo bdp hdmi 1 set to both video amd audio out and with bitstream selected?

想請教下行完ARC後全部channels 調到-2~-3 db 拾仔更係-5db
d聲依家好唔出. 有冇辨法?
如果我將全部channels 一起加大到正數會唔會無咁好?

You may tune up the vol of the sub to suit your taste, as most of other chings will do.

For other channels, maybe post the pic of the ARC charts here for us to have a look or you may go to avsforum relevant thread for comments there:-

CEC POWER ON CONTROL 同 CEC POWER OFF CONTROL要ABLE OR DISABLE?
用bd睇戲時駛唔駛 off 番個cec control?

用電腦經play-fi接駁 Anthem MRX1120 完全正常,但無法用手機接駁。每次開著手機APPS都找到Anthem, 但每次都話有野要更新先可以用到個APPS,但每次都更新失敗未能連接。有冇師兄有同樣問題請指教？我部Anthem 已經更新到最新firmware!
