streaming is not new technology in the market, for those who tried those like Linn products, probably won't use streaming again, it is just too trouble to configure

still cannot directly play music files from a connected USB storage device
as with other chinese products, next shipment will have a higher price

基本上冇二手, 要同佢一生一世
玩NAS/CAS不如買W4S DAC2 + music server or Bryston...仲可以rip cd 喎

I just want to add my experience with the Lumin streamer. I have read the whole thread from the beginning and just tinkered with the idea of replacing my MDS with the Lumin expecting a sound level at least over the ADS.
Last saturday I had an audition at the German Lumin distributor against my MDS.

As to summarize the Lumin player was on the same level as the MDS not less but also not more.
On some kind of music the Lumin seemed to have advantages and with other music the MDS.
The whole differences happened at a level which could be named as personal liking.
I for myself could not say that the Lumin is so far away from the MDS that it is worth to spend additional 3500 € for the Lumin.

呢度係hiendy不是hifi review（或其他雜誌），吾曬卸住卸住的 。上網都是求真相，要廣告自會買書仔看。

不過從用magictv經驗我幾肯定lumin個interface會做得好好，聲音方面來緊亦會繼續進步。

其實我呢個真係我心中的答案：冇意見........

講真，如果以 CAS 既標準來說，如果係之前個價，我可以講不妨一買，但依家個新價就有點那過..........

佢個 app 真係好可取，MagicTV 做既 interface 真係無敵好用，但聲........ 努力的嘗試！！

其實如果用呢部野，或其用他牌子同邊個邊個比都唔公平。我之前都係 Linn Klimax DS 用家，深知 Linn 的功力（但其實近期已經比好多牌子超越了），一分錢一分貨，聽聲決定！

我只可以說，CAS 是有好大潛力，但要再努力努力，方能達到終極。

有朋友說黑膠、CD、與 CAS 是三種不同制式，互相補足，我某情度上同意，但依家 D CD 與 CAS 都說要追求 Analog 味，那是否有點本沒倒置？

其實唔係㗎(上網都是求真相), 你睇好似 6moon , 我從來無見過一個比較中性的報告, 他們所評的全是宇宙最強.
事實上, 網上有的報告/評論, 如果係比較formal的(唔係用家/網友一兩句的), 99%都係讚, 最多話"有信心佢會好快改善某某缺點", 或者"佢以咁嘅價真係無敵, 比某某只係輸小小"
