XLR Connection Phase

各位好, 小弟個 CD player XLR output is -2, +3.  個 Amp XLR input is +2, -3.  D 前輩話祇要張喇叭線正負反轉就 OK.  問題係如果個 Amp 同時有 XLR and RCA 輸入 (CD player and tuner), 咁 RCA 應如何連接?  

If + to +, - to -, then it will be in invert phase because the speaker cable is inverted.  
Should it be connected such as + to -, - to +?

咁的 case 當然唔可以反接 sc 處理，至少要用轉插

如果兩部機都冇反相制
最簡單直接就是 DIY 一對 2, 3 交叉 的 平衡線, 那對其他器材便不會做成影響

你部CD機或者部AMP有冇相位選擇功能呢？如果冇的話你呢個case就要將XLR頭入面2同3兩條線對調或者再加adaptor…

Thank you for all of the replies!  It seems that I need to get an adaptor or bring the cd player for fixing...actually the cd player has the invert phase function, but somehow it just doesn't work...thank you!

When I press the invert phase button, the light is on, but there is something with the sound when compare with RCA.  It sounds like the soundstage is bigger, but the sound is very flat with no depth, 唔自然, worst than using RCA.  Then, I turn off the invert phase function, and invert the speakers' +/-, the sound is much better, big sound stage with depth and more details.  So, I bet there is something wrong with the CD player's invert phase function.
