播 Tidal 音樂有問題

我今年5月 join Tidal 用Lumin S-1 播佢d music file, 一直都OK, 但呢幾晚聽Tidal d 歌窒下窒下，什至經常在Lumin app 揾唔到 Tidal個 icon , 試過reboot 部 iPad 好多時候都係揾唔到Tidal icon, 有時有有時冇, 請問是否Tidal server 問題？ 如果不是係乜問題?  thx.

What ISP are you using?

I don't have these problems since long time ago, I guess the latest Lumin app already fixed these problems.

Lumin system (hardware + app) has never been the cause of this kind problems.  When Lumin users encounter a streaming stuttering problem, it is always one of the followings: Tidal server problem, poor ISP, DNS problem, home WiFi problem (if using a WiFI to Ethernet adapter for connecting to a Lumin).

Netvigator and HKBN should work.
