Excellent in resolution, inner details, but if you are a bass freak, it may not your cup of tea!

LYRA Etna Lambda
LYRA KLEOS

Both are excellent in details like VDH, but the mid range and vocal would be less seductive than the Colibri, However, both are great for Classical and Jazz

Ikeda Akiko(有朋友，二手價出讓)

   Never audit it, no comment, and I always doubt for the "New Ikeda"......... after Mr. Isamu Ikeda retired   

Acoustical System Palladian (有朋友，二手價出讓)

   Never audit it, no comment, you better audit it in your system  

Koestu ?

You will have rich and full body bass, but not fast and articulate, the vocal and mid-range are colorful and seductive, but lack of the resolution and inner details of the VDH, and Lyra

I personally use the VDH Crimson Master Signature and VDH Black Beauty, have audit various VDH Colibri in my friends system, including the Colibri XGP, Colibri XPW, Colibri XGW Master Signature, Often audit the Lyra Olympos in my friend system .........

I do have the vintage Fidelity Research FR-7fc, FR-7f, Koetsu in the 70's for collection

Hi Foxtan,Thank you very much  for your detailed suggestion. If I were to follow your advice, I should try Koestu, but I'm not sure where in Hong Kong I can try it. Some of my friends also mentioned Sonic Lab might suit my requirements, but there don't seem to be many places in Hong Kong that can try it too.thanks

You are welcome! Actually, you can reply me in Chinese........ I am just too lazy to use writing pad to write in Chinese......

May I know the rest of your system? I am wonder why you require such a colorful and tasteful cartridge........

If you prefer Koetsu, you will not like the presentation of My Sonic Labs..........
