Yes, for replacing the old V series.
But the price of this S5 is not far behind that of Q3.

Prices in USA : Q3=US$38950 ; S5=US$28600.
Certainly prices in HK are a bit lower.

List price of Q3 in HK is roughly $300k with minimal discount.

小弟滿懷希望上代理聽 Q3、Q5，結果都係無甚驚喜..........................

呢兩對嘢喺外國嘅評語好到天上有地下無，唔通真係代理功力問題，又或者係同 FM/LAMM 唔夾...........................

Agreed.

I didn't listen to Q5. Q3 is nice but it offers no surprise. I prefer Zellaton which is in similar price range.

An extruded-aluminum enclosure that is 16” in diameter and with walls that are ½” thick.
Each S5 weighs about 190 pounds.

May i ask how much is new Mini 2 in HK? I had Mini 1 before and love it.

Mini 2 is listed at HKD248,000 but expect to come down when dealer needs to clear out this discontinued model.

Mini 2 is definitely a superb speaker when it comes to design、look、built and sound. I love it very much.
