四季嘅Winter好激情,果然好介紹。有冇上網Hi-Res收費download版本呢?
I like Giuliano Carmignola too, more passionate than some popular version such as the St Martins in the Field which sounds polite. Recently find out that Amandine Beyer's style is similar to Carmignola.

This excellent new recording, combining four concertos known the world over with others scarcely known outside the recording studio (including 'world premiere' material), reminds me very much of Carmignola's dramatic CD of 2000 boasting much the same world-famous/world-premiere programming mix. The virtuoso of Zig-Zag's new CD, Amandine Beyer, even worked with the man who advised Carmignola - Olivier Fourés, musicologist and Vivaldi expert. As for 'newcomer' Amandine Beyer, she is most impressive and compares favourably with Carmignola himself. Similarly, Gli Incogniti are a match for The Venice Baroque. (GC and the VBO have clearly influenced the new crop of Baroque performers.) Deciding between this CD and the 2000 Sony release with Carmignola is as tough as they get. So difficult in fact, I'd have to opt for both. If it's principally the 4S you're after, though, Talbot may well be right. There probably isn't any better than this one. (Amazon)
