KK MX5000MKIII or MK Mx350?

I am thinking of getting a sub woofer, can anyone help me to decide? i am using MK S150 5.1, will MX350 be more match with my current speaker? But KK also used to be M&K so will it match with my speaker as well? anyone known the difference between the two ? thank you. I don't listen to concert, 100% movie.
