你好! 在下嘗試解答你的疑問。

1)膽配對,指配對真空管的讀數(MA值), e.g, Quad set指四支真空管的讀數完全match,一般新裝膽在紙盒上也有廠方出廠時測試的數據。

2)新裝膽不同期數的結構亦可能不同,過往我曾買過EH 6550出現不同Logo或內部結構稍有不同,但音色上沒有太大差異。我的意見是壞了才去配支全新,不用買過多做後備。

3)若管子使用數年後出現老化,應該全部一次過更換。

4)最穩陣是用「試膽機」測試管子的狀態。

Why wait for the amp to break in first?
For me, I changed the original tubes in the amp on day one so that the amp and the new replaced tubes can break in together (to save valuable time).

IMHO, original tubes are usually not too good because of the manufacturers' cost consideration.
