Electrocompaniet AW180 / EC-4.7 / 4.8 , it is also a good product too.

Sugden is actually a very renowned brand in UK.

You may also consider Gryphon older amp for pure class A at low output with high bias AB at high output

The very old Musical Fidelity may also have class A amps but may be too cheap for your budget consideration
