Not very heavy, I think around 8kg, the box is not big.

I hand carried the box.

But, may be too large if hand carry in the plane, also cannot ( or dare not) to put into cabinet

Manual says flac format is recommended instead of Aiff or wav, which takes up about twice the space but not superior in sound

Congrats!
This should be an easy to use cas solution. I also think that flac is the best solution as the other formats are too large in file size, though there might be minor (or not noticeable) better in sound quality.

Tried the DAC part (as preamp) vs my old Minerva today

The Minerva can put back into the box

But the MAN301 needs to run in.
