RIP CD用乜牌子ROM好??

有冇CHING可以分享下現時市面重買到ROM有邊隻用來RIP CD最好?

Ching講的係邊隻model, 還有一點小弟希望大家討論係依加重買到的rom。咁我地Ｄ新手先有機會玩下,我都知rom一定係舊的plextor好但係買吾到呢!
新的plextor 衰到連自己招牌的plextor utility都用吾到,根本就係一部lite on改名!

呢隻堅呀…ching真係落重本錢,不過應該直接connect電腦好好多。因為經usb外接會有影響,小弟上網扒文外國好多人都係內置rom rip碟比較好。

我用 Pioneer Blu-ray Writer 及 Plextor DVD Writer

Rip CD 效果一樣

出來的 Ripped Filed 也不相伯仲



因我用 Linn DS 以 Digital Streaming

故不用此兩 Writer 去燒 CD-R

因此 Player CD-R 效果不知道

Only the two top Pioneer Blu-ray drive models have glass lens.

All other drives use plastic lens but nobody have done a driect test of glass vs plastic lens.

However, if the price difference is not large, I will buy Pioneer.

I compared internal Sony AD-7260S (mi china below $300), and internal latest Pioneer BDR-S07J (mi Japan $2500)
ripped one song using CD disc with EAC, the 2 resulted files have the same CRC/hash/etc, so the 2 files are the same

我聽過一個說法，俾電腦rip過歌的 CD，CD會衰聲。
但事實上只是 hoax。

One interesting thing is bout the time in ripping the CD from two different CD rom. One is my very old Yamaha external USB CDRW with external supply , Headphone and RCA output and the other one is external panasonic DVD rom. I use Yamama to rip a full CD, it takes  less than 10 mintues to finish the rip for my whole CD. However, when i use the panasonic DVD rom to rip, it takes 8 minutes to rip only one song  and nearly half an hour for whole CD. All the settings in terms of  "Secure Rip" and speed in ripping the CD are the same. I use DBpower to rip the CD

The major difference is that i use a worldwire Platimum straight USB cable for Yamaha CD rom and a normal USD cable for Panasonic DVD rom. Is this the major difference ? Any Ching know.

CHING有時data出來一樣都吾等於個file出來的音質係一樣吧. 最簡單就係好似lan 線咁..用電腦/科學去想 cat5e 同cat7 都做到同一功用就係傳達訊號, 但係出來d聲就好明確有分別.
