It is no longer called Pioneer for obviously reason since they don’t make TV anymore for 3 years or more.  The brand name Elite is what Pioneer used to call their Kuro line in the US market but since no one in China knows what Elite is, it makes sense to brand them as Pioneer since again, probably very little people realized Pioneer no longer makes TV.  Sharp is no doubt involved as video forum has mentioned before, and these models have RGB + Yellow, so quite obvious who is making the panel.

To be honest, no idea, personally never really been a fan of Sharp TV.

Seems pretty good review but it is no better or worst than Panasonic panels if you compare the rating.  So the decision is yours.

i think so, last batch of pioneer 500a tv at disconted price
