But TLAV is only $13999, the only difference is pb plus and pb ultra, which is kinda just an newer model with a bit higher power.

But I am talking about Plus (the older model before they rename it Ultra) not NSD.  There is really that much of differences?

Ching, not trying to say Ultra is not much better than Plus, but by the e-mail that SVS sent to me, Ultra is the improved model of Plus

Thanks for contacting SVS! Here are the basic component/performance upgrades from the SB13-Plus to the SB13-Ultra:

·         The spiders, voice coil/former and cone/surround of the driver were revised to improve the T/S parameters.
·         The DSP flash file (EQ and limiter/compressor algorithms) was revised for even more accuracy and better overall performance and behavior at the limits.
·         The cabinet volume is slightly higher due to the removal of the side panels, and this contributes to improved deep bass efficiency and deeper extension.
·         The grille retention system was improved to a pin/cup.
·         The finish is now a gorgeous and premium 6-sided piano gloss or black oak veneer.

Woofer小修改但單價漲了近萬元(中國).

Sb系列為SVS密閉炮,
PB系列 ported開孔炮.

Sb13ultra 的確約等同sb13plus

Why is PB13 Ultra even more expensive than PC13 Ultra???  

PC13 Ultra looks much bigger and more professional instead.  In what way are they different ?
