各位師兄，比你們毒後，很想知道Wyred4sound DAC2係邊度有得試及買呢？
另想知道呢架機仔是否可行真正全平衡呢？
有否師兄試過XLR及RAC邊個好D！

小弟都好想知，因為見塊主板給上層遮住…
早前網上搵過好多照片，
但始終也看不到下面那電路及電子零件是否真正行全平衡(官網聲稱是全平衡)

Wyred4Sound DAC2 is true balanced design.  

There are 3 circuit boards stack on each other to give good room for the transformer and the 4 capacitors.  With the compact layout circuit boards, the signal path is shorter which is better.

You probably won't hear people saying modification of DAC2 opamp. Cos Wyred4Sound designers have already made effort to build their own discrete output stage to reproduce the sound they like.

定係改左都冇原廠好聲？

部DAC 2好OK, 唔貴又好聲, 同我最鐘竟Philip1541双皇冠解碼CD機有D似, 我見意最好換fuse, 我也介意上我樹聽歌仔及交留吓

Some DAC use off-the-shelf IC opamp (on the left).  Audiophile not satisfied with IC opamp may want to change the opamp to discrete opamp (on the right) to improve sound quality.  Such discrete opamp is built to be pin compatible with the IC opamp for easy DIY upgrade.  

Given that W4S DAC2 already using discrete opamp, there is no need for such change (in fact, difficult to change as the opamp is on mother board) .  W4S DAC2 designer has built the unit with heart.
