He has a Coffman Labs GA-1 preamp that has phonoamp & headphone amp incorporated.

You could consider J C Verdier's Control B Evolution + DRPS PSU. It sounds like tube amp not those with tubes but sound like SS amp. With built in MM/MC phono stage and switchable gains to match with different power amps. Standard version Control B Evolution + DRPS PSU should cost $50,000 something and the Control B Evolution + ODRPS PSU should cost near HK$100,000.
