求教暖身小肥接線

現在部Esoteric X-05去Mcintosh C2200用Siltech SQ-110 MK2
初用Esoteric個聲比以之前部機前左好多, 有時殺得太狠, 唔夠圓,唔耐聽
煲左近一個月, 個音場後返, 順耳左好多
可能部Esoteric X-05高中頻偏多, 高清得滯, 音量一過30高頻始終如刀尖般, 唔刺耳但唔耐聽
想求教暖身小肥既接線, budget 大約20K-15K, 有冇好介紹?

Esoster X-05 (Acrolink 8N PC-8000 PC) --> Siltech SQ-110 Mk2 XLR --> Mcintosh C2200
Mcintosh C2200 (Siltech Ruby Hill PC) --> Siltech 180i XLR --> Mcintosh MC275
Mcintosh MC275 (Siltech SPX-800 PC) --> Siltech LS-188 Mk2 --> JMlab 826W

mingson hing: You have a very nice set-up, although 826 is the weakest link.

Judging from your taste, I think you do not like very analytical sound. With Mac MC275 which has tubes in your system, you still find the sound 高中頻偏多, 高清得滯 (likely to be too many silver cables in your setup).
Then, you should try TaraLabs, Transparent, Audionote isis or Cardas interconnects. The order of thick sound is:

TaraLabs << Transparent << Audionote isis << Cardas

Alternatively, replace Eso CDP with Marantz SACD player if you want to play SACDs for warmer sound character.
BTW, Focal JMLab speakers tend to relatively thin/lean sound compared to British made speakers (this is general and relative speaking, of course) but 826 already has thicker sound compared to Focal's BE series speakers. Just my 2cents!

One suggestion with a budget of $20K is:
- Move Siltech 110 Mk2 to use it between pre and power amp (no extra cost),
- Change Eso to Marantz CDP (not much cost if using Marantz SA-11)
- Replace 180i XLR with TaraLabs the One or Transparent Ultra XLR

老實講, 師兄應該留d 子彈換 cdp 同喇叭好過.
一部 k03 + clk, 人聲味已經好好多, 平d 又可以 mbl 1531a, 可以去 d shop ab 比較!

But please note that MBL 1531a cannot play SACD.

If changing the 826 speakers, Spendor and ProAc are good choices to match MAC 275 power amp

講開, 樓主可以去試下 harbeth m30.1.
睇下是否口味問題, 因全 set 已經係 acrolink + siltech 線都唔夠味, 明顯係器材的配合唔啱口味!

留番D錢, 換左對喇叭先係首要.

之後先再慢慢諗諗, 大洗牌 OR UPGRADE CDP.

個人會先用黑雞線作IC,PC試聽下才再決定換什麼線/器材

記得ching部X05是100V ver.,可能改善下供電提昇密度,效果會較明顯

若想高音圓潤一點,不妨考慮下audio note sogon ii,kondon vz II,cardas clear,wireworld gold eclipse 6,viard audio silver hd,analysis plus golden oval

Sonus Faber 較出名係舊版喇叭, 即係要Franco Serblin 設計的，但唔係好夾老麥!
當然，你可以去聽下是否啱口味!
因你現在全套器材是在同一店中購，而佢地有以下品牌 Spk and CDP。你可以去聽下先再決定!
CDP: MBL, Accuphase, Wadia, Esoteric, Emmlab ....
Spk: Harbeth, Triangle ......

今日幫所有電源線執過一次位，CD機個變壓火牛直接由牆身攞電
再搬出小小個喇叭，再搬前個皇帝位，個高音好似馴服左
老婆都話高音定返
