Freeware (Window XP) for converting FLAC to WAV

Lossless to Lossless，用乜都唔會有問題。除了 MPD client，幾乎所有 CAS player software 都有 format converting 。

Forgot to mention it is because my Classe SSP-25 seems only accepting WAV file format (NAS-->SBT-->DDC-->Classe). So I need a software in Win XP environment to convert those FLAC into WAV, thx.

Just installing the baisc foobar (latest version: foobar2000 v1.2.9) will do the job? No need to install optional component? Thx.

huh? 唔洗攪咁多嘢喎，係個 player software, e.g. foobar, 個到 select all，然後揀 convert，揀好 format 同 save 係邊個 folder，咁就等佢自己 convert ，齋等時間過，無乜嘢要做，簡單到不得了。

不如你講下你自己用開邊個 player software 嚟播歌？

I do not use any PC/notebook. Only have a nas (for storing WAV/FLAC files) and Logitech Squeezebox Touch<-- love its simplicity to use (connecting them to a router). I use Logitech Media Server/Logitech Squezebox Controller. Thx.

Poon Sir，what is the output you configured in LMS for FLAC? You can try to set it to PCM then maybe you don't need to concert your FLAC.

Screen shot from soundcheck for your reference. Try to change the config for FLAC and see...

Thx a lot for for you info.

Actually already saw it in other post and tried to check that but no success.

Actually, I have installed Logitech Media Server (LMS) in the nas but I am just just using the android phone app "Logitech Squezebox Controller" to choose song to play<---not sure it is the proper way to use but that's convenient to me.

Do you mean using PC to connect to the nas to change the config for FLAC in LMS? Thx.

大陸有人測試過，用 Foobar 個 MD5 碼會轉左，即係 Foobar 唔係就咁解壓，所以係會變聲，我一下子揾唔返條 link，但建議唔好用 Foobar

You need to configure in the LMS admin page via browser. The default port I remember is 9001. So the URL should be http://[nas-ip]:9001.

See if it works
