I am using this one too.  For a 1K budget, I think you are quite difficult to find one better than this.  

There are quite a lot C-hing evaluated this DDC and you can find their reviews in Hiendy.

MF is good.  I used it before

I used the Audiophilleo with a Kingrex battery USB PU. If your converter is usb powered the battery PU will improve the sound quality by much.

I'm no longer using it because I use AES now and still have the battery PU if you are interested.
