Anthem MRX700 missing Microphone calibration file

Hi all,

I lost the Anthem ARC kit installation CD, so, I download it from Anthem site for the latest ARC software and install in a laptop.

However, when I run the ARC, it say can't find the microphone calibration file, it seems that this file is come with the CD.

So, if I lost the CD, how can I get this file ?

I managed to dig out the following e-mail address which I used to ask questions about my Anthem a few years ago.  I did not have the e-mail copy, and am not sure if the guy ( no full name, a Spanish?) is still working at Anthem (sister company of paradigm), but do drop him a few lines (with you mic s/n) if you think that might help.

Worst case is Anthem did not keep such mic calibration data for few-years-ago/archived/discontinued product. Maybe buying a new mic and the corresponding software from them at a reasonable price might straight things out.

Did you try asking help from the HK agent? I think your case is not the only one (losing the original CD software).

BTW, if you have the "old' pc that have installed the software before, then you may as well compare the files in the relevant directory with that in your laptop to idenfify the missing calibration files. Just my 2 cents.

看了很多關於Anthem MRX710，但大部份的問題是如何set up ARC, 有些連軟件裝不都到電腦，裝了後如何調教，師兄們對此有什麼意見，我對 710有興趣，但在調教方面不太懂！

現在重新來過，以前的器材全部賣掉了！所以簡簡單的再建立AV...7.1 就成！
