I've never tried but I imagine there will be some issue, my audio only transmission
breaks up from time to time and requires a dis-re/connection. Still beats no music
at all.

Won't say big sacrifice, just priority in life.

Still have the system, I know I'm going to regret if I sell it. Just
don't have much time to listen.

What's changed is I used to think my system sounded ok, nothing
special. But every time I listened to the main system now, after
listening to earphone and bluetooth speaker, man, it sounded
awfully good.

God forbid, there's no way I'm going sell the music collection, I just hope
they will survive the kid growing up, it's a boy btw.

Long time no see dragonball, the Lyra Helikon is still 老當益壯 :)

Same same, I'm still the old die hard jazz fan. My LP stock has grown
from what 20-30 albums since you visited to a humble 4~500 now. I'll
post a pic of a new tonearm/cart when I have time to install.

Dragged my lazy ass to move furniture around the apartment, big sofa no longer sits in front of 1 speaker, the difference is night and day. Both myself and a 網友 thought 1 channel was screwed up before, it was how bad the sound was. Listening environment is so important.

The big ass sofa was sitting right in front of the right speaker before, i guess it acted as a giant sound damper which offered little to no reflection. Sound is much better now after moving it to the back, unfortunately blocking the front door......

Bought one of this baby because of all the myth about how good it is,
how it's comparable to top of the line Ayre DAC (not as good as, but
not far from).

Hooked up to the pre-amp,  one word, disappointing. I never thought
it would be comparable to my DCS cd player, it was not only far from,
the sound was outright unnatural. I wouldn't go as far as saying it
sounded disgusting, but I definitely prefer a cheap cd player over it.

The headphone output was nice though, much better than my sony phone
and my friend's ipod.
