IC choose,Taralab or Transparent

SC:Tara Labs The One
IC:Tara Labs Air 3 Serial 1

Its feel bad of IC now.want upgrade,friends advise Transparent Ultra MM2.I prefer Taralab the one,if any advise for me.Thanks very much.

Taralabs for more anylse and detail.Transparent for more smooth hear feeling.

Transparent for more full body mids and larger soundstage.

In fact, for your setup I suggest to use Taralabs ic and Transparent spk cables. Because Meridian cpd is good at full body mids while goldmund is good at analytical.

I heard Transparent as IC and Taralabs as SC.its soundstage is good.but If The one+The one soundstage not so good?its difficult to me to choose it.

You may want to buy 2nd hand cables. 唔啱听、可以再轉賣，輸少少錢、當租線！

There is no shortcut for playing hifi. You would have to listen personally to experience the difference between a $100K cable vs. a $20 one. If you cannot tell the difference, you should congratulate yourself bcos you can save a lot of money

正如兄所言，Hifi如同食野，但是每個人不同時間，不同心境，會中意食不同，現在選擇只是為了將來有一道主菜可以一直吃下去而不會膩。
但是，有些要點始終不變，平衡，細膩，密度，透明度，延伸。其他就是個人選擇了，甜度，水分，貴氣，空氣感，大氣，寬鬆，權威感。。。
Taralabs 前5點都有，因為沒用過The one訊號線，所以不知道甜度，水分如何？
Transparent 甜度，水分，寬鬆都有，但是有點擔心細節失去。去朋友家只聽過一次，沒有仔細比較。
所以才想徵求各位 Chings的意見。

I am using Transparent Reference MM ic from preamp to power amp with very wide soundstage, no complaints in terms of analytical details. Hope this helps.

I used Taralabs the one ic for cdp to power amp before. The sonic characters gave very good analytics and airiness but a little bit shy in bass for rock musics. I switched to diy pure silver XLR ic with 2 sqmm per core now
