係中環胆王聽過, 當時用胆解碼, 對得起佢個價錢既~

I use it for my CAS system in office.

Advantages: Detailed, quiet & musical.  A very good buy & can fight with DAC of about $8k-10k level.  Totally KO my friend's MF M1 in seconds!  Very 'playable' because the opamps & tube can be upgraded easily.  Different input formats (USB, AES, coaxial, BNC & toslink)

Pitfall: The USB input can accept only up to 16/48.  Other digital inputs can accept up to 24/176.4.

即係如果你玩cas，最大可以食到24bit 176.4嘅file，但usb直入就唔得

My friend's EE DAC that KO his MF M1 is unmodified.
For further improvement, the opamp upgrade is only a few hundred dollars.
(For my EE DAC, I replaced the two NE5532 with AD8599 and the two NE5534 with OPA627.  The total cost is < HK$500.)

After the opamp mod, it is about the level of my old Theta G5a.
G5a has bigger dynamics & impact.  EE is quieter & with better soundstage & details.

Anyway, for a price of only about $5k, it's a good buy for a second audio system such as in office/study room.
