Good Question and Thank you. I should clarify it a bit more.
If that's the case above, I would count it as "at the time" the purchase decision was made. That would be 20%.
Whatever happens after with the cash position should not affected the purchase decision that was made "before", because the decision was made to spend $200k when there was 1m in cash.

You are right, it can be difficult to judge under this scenario.
If I put a period in it, let say 12 months, maybe it would be easier gauge?
Under that circumstance, a person with $500k in bank has made $200k in purchase because he anticipated that he would have addition net cash of $500k coming in over the next 12 months. The decision was to spend 20% of cash purchase based on current+ future(12 months) cash position($1m)
I would edit the description as follow.
當時你用左或計劃用幾多的現金比例買HIFI
"如準備用將來的現金流 請計算12個月內"
better yet.
"你願意用幾多的現金比例買整套HIFI" 會比較適當? |
