Display card recommendation

I think I need to change my fanless ATI4350 because of high temperature.  My requirement:-

1) either ATI or Nvida
2) need to support HDMI bitstream with my ASUS Xonar HDAV soundcard
3) do not occupy more than 1 PCI slot
4) preferably with low power consumption
5) not so expensive (below $500)
6) I do not play game

Any recommendation pls?

If it is just the temperature problem, you may consider to install cooling fan like B18 or B19 below.  It is installed like a peripheral card in a slot.  Cost you $50 - $80 only.
