i did think about this for my setup before as i have an integrated amp lying under my bed.
anyway, i would get a rca spliter to split the signal to feed both left and right channels. and then two sets of speaker cable to feed the centre channel as bi-amp, one for high frequency and one for mid/low. in this case you have to switch to bypass or set the volume to half on your integrated amp and then run the speaker calibration/setup again.
