Rockport's new Cygnus speaker :

Preliminary info :

3-4 inches taller than Avior.
Two 10 inch woofers (Avior has two 9-inches).
The cabinet is made of MDF like the Avior, but the front baffle design is new, consisting of two layers of aluminum interposed with resin.
New crossover design.
Tweeter is same as Avior and Altair, but the aluminum housing is new with better dispersion.
Estimated cost is < US$65K.
Estimated availability in 2Q 2015.

There is one bad news :
Rockport will have price adjustment in 1Q 2015.
For example, the Avior will be about US$5k higher in USA.
