Please send the items back in the original packing and without signs of use. Devices working with fluids need to be completely emptied and dried before packing. Thomann GmbH will not be liable for damages caused by insufficient or inappropriate packing. We have attached a guideline with pictures about packing for your reference.

However, we want to inform you that should the defect be caused by wrong handling/maintenance or wear and tear, we will have a quote prepared. Please note that the handling of the unit, the diagnosis, and the preparation of the quote are already fixed costs, and that those costs will be charged even if the quote will be denied and the item returned back to you unrepaired (global costs: 35 EUR)
