對黑膠唱盤來說，轉速是極重要的一環，日本SPEC新推出的黑膠唱盤GMP-8000EX深明此理，採用由瑞士Maxon生產的DC摩打，引進稀土磁體及無芯結構設計，能杜絕不必要的脈動干擾，就算驅動重達14kg的青銅轉盤，亦確保不會時快時慢，就連一向重視準確性的NASA，亦在其火星探測車機遇號上裝置了39組Maxon摩打，可見GMP-8000EX用料之嚴格。

機面左側設有兩組操縱掣，分別微調33 1/3及45的轉速，右下角更預留有空間供用家裝置多一組唱臂，讓用家可透過以不同的唱臂及唱頭，來演繹不同音色風格。此外，底座由高密度樺木製造，厚度高達90mm，加上有吸震功能的機腳，能將外來震動的影響減至最低。而唱頭採用Denon DL-102SA Limited Edition，優點是分析力強人聲圓潤；唱臂是Ortofon RS-309D，輕身得來亦夠堅硬，更能吸收不必要的震動，令音色更流暢。

採用瑞士Maxon生產的DC摩打，採用稀土磁體及無芯結構，能杜絕不必要的脈動干擾，令轉動更為流暢穩定。

機面左側設有兩組操縱掣，分別微調33 1/3及45的轉速，確保在任何情況下都提供最為穩定精準的轉速。

唱頭採用Denon DL-102SA Limited Edition（$6,500），優點是分析力強人聲圓潤，唱臂是Ortofon RS-309D（$26,900），輕身得來亦夠堅硬，更能吸收不必要的震動，令音色更流暢。

廠方以物體轉動時的能量與慣性數據為基礎，而特別訂造出40cm青銅轉盤，重量達14kg，在物理上達至最平均及精確的旋轉。售價：$172,000（不包唱臂及唱頭） ；右上：底座由高密度樺木製造，厚度高達90mm，加上有吸震功能的機腳，能將外來震動的影響減至最低；右下：右下角預留有空間供用家裝置多一組唱臂，透過以不同的唱臂及唱頭來演繹不同的音色風格。

If people follow our open to public price list (URL link in bottom), you can see that what sort discount we may provide on each brand. We have been asked to put up this HKD MSRP. The street price of GMP-8000EX we have sold are around HKD$130,000.

I reply this thread because it is a classic example of what traditional audio pricing not fitting well in modern internet information. Well, it is rare that SquareWave to carry an analogue source product anyway. Our company would like to be very straight forward and transparent on pricing.

Personally I found it very expansive also, but I enjoy listening with it and found its values. (haha, of course otherwise we won't import it).

If HK hifi dealers still quote the absurdly high list price in their 宣傳資訊 , the result wil be bad impression of the dealer and the product advertized!

Wow & Flutter - because it is not a direct drive, electrically generated WoW &
flutter is not an issue.

SNR is related to the tonearm, Tonearm, Headshell, cartridge, cable, so it does not related to the TT.

"其直徑40cm特別由青銅鑄造高精密唱盤達到了3,260kg.cm2慣性力矩，物理學上確保極度平均及精確旋轉，這個的青銅唱盤有14kg重量是精密計算而成，並非越重越好。

Here is original quote from manufacturer:

"GMP-8000EX は、１４キロの重量級ターンテーブルを使用する事で、
強力な慣性モーメント(Inertia moment) を発揮して、回転ムラを究極の
段階まで抑えています。しかも ダイレクトドライブでは有りませんので、電気的に発生するWoW & flutter は殆どありません。

S/N ratio(ノイズ）は、殆どターンテーブル以外のパーツ(Tonearm, Headshell,
cartridge, cable, 等）から発生しますので、ターンテーブル自体は殆ど
ノイズは出しません。普通の record player は、turntable, tonearm, headshell, cartridge,
cable 等が一体になっていますので、S/N の表示をしますが、GMP-8000 の場合それは
あまり重要では有りません。"

遲些應該會有。他們公司首先有日本版，好像另一位師兄提及的GMP-70也是日本國內100V版本。
日本推出後他們會作出改良，再推出國外EX (export) 版本。
