窒L到無心機聽。I have already submitted a number of complaints via TIDAL website but have yet received zero response. Their customer support is disappointingly poor. It looks like a big rip-off to everyone as the monthly subscription fee is paid for nothing. Soon or later I believe there will be a large number of subscription cancellation including myself.
