這裡有講

咁樣入幾重Menu去改，煩死人啦。當然，很多細廠亦有同樣毛病。從dac剛出來的年代，只有44/48，一個獨立相位選擇都係標准配置。唔通現在能自動識別咁叻，好似又未聽過。除非部前級有此功能，否則這類dac産品真係無法使用。

相位制真係每日用得最多既制。聽歌成日都係正相反相咁轉，到老婆睇電視、睇戲、mytvsuper 又要轉返正相俾佢。

自己換D銀綫就肯定靚過廠方。所以要買必定選L2。

咁唔識尊重客戶需求，生意只會越來越難做。估計為咗提高些少指標而已。

以前玩獨立鐘有PLL，今次來到梅也有。雖然名稱同目的一樣，我想，線路設計上應該係完全兩回事吧。
梅在PLL off的情況下，可能因為出來的中音相對飽滿，聽人聲或sexyphone之類音樂，特別覺得自然同實在，音樂性強，個人比較喜歡。
在PLL on，聲音明顯來得通清細緻，高低伸展都比較好，音響性強。
其實唔使試都估到，個人聽感上有得亦有失，之前賣掉外置鐘主要也是這個原因。今次build in PLL，多樣嘢玩吓又真係唔錯……

PLL應該有好冇壞。只會在音源的jitter太高導至鎖不住才off呢。至於中音問題，另找原因才是王道啊。

IMHO:
1. Holo May is a true native DSD DAC. It sounds to me much better if it can be fed with accurate DSD signals.

2. although May has PLL built-in design, a decent DDC with a decent external clock is still a must.

Thanks for your information.
I was wondering if I can feed in SACD DSD signal from PS Audio Perfect Wave SACD transport thru I2S / HDMI to May Dac and render true DSD decoding ?
In regarding to "decent DDC with external clock", any recommendation ?

Go get pure 1-bit dac for DSD . For PLL , Titans Helen performs great, but for sync connection only.

pure 1-bit dac？ is this a model of May dac or a brand of some dac? do you have some recommendations? how is May dac in general, comparison with other 5-10w priced dac? i have heard quite some opposite comments about May.
