I think the main difference between MC302 (Differenial) and MC452 (Quad Balanced) and the power (300W vs 450W) make such improvements

But actually, it can be reflected directly through their selling price (about 20K difference in selling price)

Moreover, it is proven that Focal speakers need to have the following to push them well:

1.) High current
2.) High power (in terms of W)

For power amp.... It is very easy to burn-in.... in my experience, only 50 - 60 hours will have around 80% performance.......
