換了喇叭也好像擴音機也換了，原來B仔是還未玩到盡頭，在相同的聆聽環境相同器材，音場深了不只一呎，結像更精準，層次更分明，更有質感音樂感，音色更鬆容幼細，低音更結實，這都是書架喇叭不能相比。

Listen to Django XL before...Very great in sound stage as pin point alike sharp less speaker!

其實我在未買miles 5前未曾聽過Miles 5而代理又冇貨聽，就叫老婆送貓5比我，不過過去半年曾聽過近十隻牌子十萬元價位喇叭，最合個人口味都是陶瓷做單元喇叭，音色十分幼細高貴，雖然低頻㑹輸比Eton 或dyna等單元，最後在Raidho C1.1及miles 5揀了Marten Design，而Marten Django我一樣未聽過。

Marten design is my target too,  i just sell out my burmester 995 m2 speaker.
Need find new speaker soon.

Yes,  i use burmester 995 mk2 speaker around 3more year,  just sell out few day.
Now search for new speaker
B 仔 speaker is good 音場，due to use elac 氣動driver.  Only bass is not depth and bass mass not enough.
May be high model is better.

My wife bought a speaker as birthday gift six years ago and Miles 5 is the 2nd hi-fi gift.  Hope 089 would not wait for another 6 years.  Otherwise, it may become 192 CD player.

NOw,  i know why burmester speaker not your cup of tea.
I just buy marten miles3 from second hand market today.
Just listen few song,  is total fight down my old burmester 995mk2 speaker.
By the way,  use marten miles3 to compare 995mk2 is unfair,  different price range.
Marten speaker to give me first 印象， is detail, good micro dynamic, good punch,  clear,  nature.

ching, you are sooooooo lucky.  Never ever received any HIFI gifts from my wife before.  But recently she thinks Devialet is really cool and "ALLOW" me to buy ja!  -_-

Besides BDR, these footers are good goods. What are your comments on FE and stillpoints?

Apart from footers and pucks, the copper WBT speaker binding posts of Miles 5 can be replaced by a silver WBT grade but I may do it after warranty period has been expired.

What's your amp to drive Miles 3?  

I think it needs one year before my Miles 5 breaks in assuming I listen to it one hour a day.  I have no patience to turn on the amp all the time to run-in the speaker. My wife would complain the hum noises which interput my younger son's study.

Apart fr ...

The original Marten pucks are plastic puck and caused weak bass. I changed to BDR MK4 puck the bass became more punch.

I have not tried FE and stillpoints yet.
