看過PS Audio Perfect Wave DAC MKII的解剖圖﹐裡面有兩粒高精度有源晶體時鐘﹐及一粒專門給USB用的低精度晶體時鐘。屬于高級HIEND DAC。
但電腦的硬解碼部份的Sound Card好象只有E-MU1010才有兩粒高精度有源晶體時鐘﹐
由于使用麻煩﹐EMU已經停產E-MU1010﹐他們說正在重新設計。
由于專業錄音時通常要外接高精度同步時鐘﹐因此其他10倍價錢的Sound Card的時鐘精度不高。
CAS要選用光縴或同軸接DAC聽感才接近CD Player

To eosteven:

Majik DS 都有 SPDIF Out 如圖

Majik DS 比 Snakey 好既地方, 其一佢無功放部份 , 其二係佢有Dynamik Power Supply , 呢兩樣可以好影響 Audio 同 Spdif output 效果. 如果搵二手既話其實 Snakey 同 Majik 唔會差好遠.

當然, 買任何一個二手既DS 都好, 最緊要係Confirm 有 Dynamik Power Supply, 否則....

新買既, 除左Snakey外其他Model (Majik 或以上) 都有 Dynamic Power Supply.

玩分體升級空間較大, 器材線材選擇配搭極多. 不過玩分體要多一條電源線同數碼線, 資源會分薄左. 有師兄享受選配過程中嘅滿足感, 有師兄唔想煩寧願多啲時間坐低聽下歌仔. 睇下師兄你係邊種

客觀d睇, 如果師兄想玩多過一個digital source如bluray, 可能分體會好d.

我比較過Oppo 93同Squeezbox Touch去dac. Oppo 93差過Squeezebox Touch.

以師兄筆直我覺得二手Linn Akurate DS/1或者Linn Majik DS加DAC都係不錯嘅選擇. Naim同AA都有network player. Lumin都係近期有師兄提及嘅player, 都有師兄比較過Linn同Lumin. 師兄可以扒下文參考下.

這個我十分同意, 我本想入OPPO 95 可以換 SBD 的, 結果也是SBD 播FILE 大多也比OPPO95 好. 就只有要衝力的音樂 OPPO95 會比較好.

結果兩個也要KEEP 各自工作.

simply put - a remote PCIe board, the host and the remote are isolated completely using optical technology. For CAS, there is no need to optimize the computer with better SATA cables, LPS for 3.3V/5V/12V..., fan filter, power filter, fanless, etc

put the left board alone in a case, like below (you can get the case something better)

use something like pico-psu together with a linear PSU (LPS) for power

then add a sotm usb card to the PCIe slot and connect to an external DAC

-why?
because the hardware is on its own with LPS and is isolated from the musical software player computer, the connection is thru the orange optical cable
