I'm using Dynaudio Sapphire. 911mk3 is very powerful amp. If you can't afford I recommend 956 mk2. It's 1/2 price of 911. As for the discount, around 10-20%. Hoping the info is helpful.

Or prev Top line pre 011 2nd hand which is around 70k

You can also consider this highest grade Reference line pre 808 which is higher than Top line 088/011 but this 2nd hand price is cheaper than brand new 088, very good deal!!

What cd player are you using? If you don't want to spend too much I recommend 001cd player. It has a built in preamp.

I should go try them new. Who is the dealer in hk? I was planning to spend 120-150k(max) on pre and power amps together. But need to have enough power to drive b&w 802d.

001 is old model, the current model is 089, but only this CDP is already oit of your budget

HK dealer is Richcoln which has lots of advertisement on hiendy

我用了001已一年，本來以為089係代替001嘅，應該係它的基礎上再好d，原來唔系，089嘅聲音取向已唔同左，新一代的取向係高清嘅高分析力、高速度、人聲透明，人聲我比較喜歡001那種暖厚味道。

I don't have anything on hand yet. should i buy the 001 and buy the power amp and speakers after? (assume i will use 001's preamp function for a period of time, as i don't have enough budget to buy preamp if i spend 70k on cdp)

You should also think about how to connect your AV system as 001 has no av bypass
