Open second hand forum here or in R33 has little if no legal protection.
A seller can refuse to sell even if he has made his promise to sell to you, and vice versa for a buyer.
There is why there is still room for second hand dealers.
No need for either party to get mad. Personally I don't believe in too-good a second hand price. Likewise, I won't care (and surely will not consider) buying second-hand hifi gears pricing near the first hand (even if referring to the water good price) price.
So, those who get mad are quite naive, IMHO! |
